Question time for candidates

Both young and old have an opportunity to quiz the candidates standing for the new Police and Crime Commissioner role.

The University of Northampton is hosting two session at its Avenue Campus, St George's Avenue on November 1.

Sarah Armstrong-Hallam, Manager at the Centre for Children & Youth at the University of Northampton said: "Young people may not be able to vote in this election, but the University is keen to ensure that the prospective candidates hear what matters to young people in Northamptonshire.

"Whatever your age, it is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the most significant change in how the police are managed in more than 20 years."

The Young People Session is 6.30pm - 7.30pm (arrive 6.15pm) and the adult session is 7.45pm - 9pm (arrive by 7.15 pm)

Tickets are limited, anyone interested in attending either session and/or submitting a question should register: Youth Session http://youth-hustings.eventbrite.com and Adult session http://northampton-hustings.eventbrite.com
